Business Analyst – Core System Transformation - Outside IR35 - Hybrid options available

We are looking for a skilled Business Analyst with experience in core system transformations and upgrades. The ideal candidate will have a background in regulated industries such as legal, banking or insurance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and document business processes for key system transformation project
• Liaise between business and technical teams to ensure project alignment.
• Identify risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Support change management and user adoption strategies.

Requirements:

• Experience in core system upgrades.
• Knowledge of regulated environments (banking, legal, insurance).
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
