Contract Manager
Durham
Monday to Friday, 8am / 5pm

We are seeking an experienced Contract Manager to oversee the delivery of hard services across a portfolio of critical sites in the Northeast.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage hard services - mechanical, electrical and fabric.

* Lead a team of 3, and approximately 20 indirect reports.

* Oversee both planned and reactive maintenance to ensure smooth day-to-day building operations.

* Ensure compliance with health and safety standards while maintaining high levels of service.

* Work closely with clients and stakeholders to deliver excellent customer service.

* Manage vendor relationships and supervise third-party contractors.

* Full P&L responsibility, with a view to a more strategic role concentrating on additional works.

About You:

* Proven experience in a facilities management role, ideally with responsibility for both hard services.

* A good understanding of M&E systems (though a technical background is not essential).

* Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

* Ability to manage a team and multiple services while maintaining high operational standards.
