Qualifications - Active UK NMC Pin and a nursing qualification - RGN (Registered General Nurse) or RMN (Registered Mental Health Nurse)
- Proven experience in a senior nursing role within an elderly care or dementia care setting
- Strong clinical knowledge and skills in palliative care and complex healthcare needs
- Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making abilities
- Understanding of CQC regulations and commitment to upholding quality standards

Responsibilities - Assist the Nurse Manager in overseeing the clinical and operational aspects of the nursing home
