Key Responsibilities

  • Support the full process of onboarding and migrating new clients onto the company's system with administratrative and customer service support.
  • Manage the team inbox, ensuring timely responses.
  • Create and manage sales and compliance reports using Excel on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
  • Maintain and update the central database of client accounts.
  • Draft and send agreements and amendments to clients for service launches and contract changes.

Person Specification

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (formulas, pivot tables).
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks effectively.
  • High attention to detail to ensure accuracy in reports, data entry, and project documentation.
  • Ability to manage workloads in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Proactive problem-solver with a self-motivated, can-do attitude.
  • Strong team player with a professional and approachable manner.
