A opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to work with a tier 1 sized main contractor on a £17M Facades Remediation project in Twickenham.

I am currently assisting a market leading brand in their search for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their Team. This is an opportunity to be site based, as well remote working. As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will benefit from working with the existing construction team and have full support from a Commercial Manager and Construction Director.

Our client take pride in the developments they deliver and have regenerated various other schemes across London in the sectors of new build, fit out and refurbishment.

This is an opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join the team on a freelance basis, for a minimum of 18 months. They are looking for someone that has a proven track record working providing support with a Main Contractor.

The ideal candidate for Senior Quantity Surveyor:

Commercial experience
Main Contracting experience
Facades Remediation experience
EWI experience
Timber Frame experience
