We are seeking a highly skilled Global Client Manager to oversee and manage key client relationships across the Greater London region. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring client satisfaction, fostering long-term partnerships, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for global clients, ensuring exceptional service and support.
- Develop and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key stakeholders.
- Coordinate with internal teams to deliver seamless project management and address client needs promptly.
- Analyze client data to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to provide strategic insights to clients.
- Prepare and present regular reports on client account status and performance metrics.
- Resolve client issues efficiently, escalating to senior management when necessary.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and implement client engagement strategies.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in client management, preferably in a global or multinational context.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-focused attitude.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
