Company: THE NED

Job Type: FULL TIME

Salary: Salary range of £90,000 - £100,000, subject to experience

Created in 2017, The Ned originated in the former Midland Bank headquarters in London, designed by Sir Edwin ‘Ned’ Lutyens in 1924. The space includes private members’ club Ned’s Club and a private events floor, alongside ten restaurants and 250 bedrooms which are available to the public.

The Ned and Ned’s Club expanded in 2022 to include The Ned NoMad in New York and The Ned Doha. Each property is slightly different depending on its location, but the ethos of The Ned remains the same; to create a space for like-minded professionals to meet, work and have a good time. In late 2024, Ned’s Club Washington DC is set to open its first standalone club, exclusive to members.

  • You’ll deliver an earned media communications plan to support and drive The Ned’s strategic business objectives
  • Coaching and partnering the rest of our business, you’ll educate managers on the impact and value communications activities have had to achieving business goals

  • Utilising your book of media contacts, you’ll deliver elevated media relations to enhance our brand reputation, and build relationships with influential media and industry stakeholders to educate them on The Ned proposition
  • You’ll build productive working relationships across the business (specifically digital, content, and membership teams) to learn and build integrated, consistent comms plans
  • Work closely with the Soho House & Co. communications team to maximise all resources and talent across the group
  • Protecting the brand, you’ll manage the reputation of The Ned by identifying and mitigating issues quickly and effectively

What would we like you to bring to The Ned?
