Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Team Management:

* Oversee and support teams across our group companies.

* Foster a compassionate and motivating environment to ensure team productivity and engagement.

* Handle HR-related matters, including recruitment, performance management, and team development.

Operational Support & Compliance:

* Ensure smooth day-to-day operations across all business units.

* Maintain compliance with Health & Safety regulations and company policies.

Client Relationship Management:

* Build and nurture strong, long-lasting client relationships.

* Serve as a key point of contact for operational queries and feedback.

Budgeting & Financial Oversight:

* Develop and manage budgets to ensure financial efficiency.

* Support financial forecasting and reporting.

Project Management:

* Lead and oversee key projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.

IT Systems Management:

* Use and optimize IT systems to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
