Service Charge Accountant
High Wycombe
Salary up to £40,000 (DOE) + Hybrid Working

We're looking for a Service Charge Specialist with experience in QUBE (this is a must) and property experience to join a fantastic property business based near High Wycombe. This will be a 3 month FTC with only one day per week required in the office, with the possibility of going permanent

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Enhance and manage property service charge processes.
Oversee timely and accurate service charge payments.
Improve accounts systems and ensure team compliance.
Assist the Property Management Accountant.
Support property managers and verify work in Qube.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

QUBE System experience is a must.
Previous experience within the property sector. 
Accountancy qualifications are desirable.
Strong financial analysis and reporting skills

SALARY & PERKS:

Competitive salary of up to £40,000, but this is dependant on accounting experience.
Fantastic hybrid working policy - just one day per week required in the office.
Possibly becoming a permanent position.

This role is based in High Wycombe, but is hybrid with only one day per week required in the office.
