An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Quality Manager to join a dynamic and forward-thinking organisation operating in the Aerospace and Gas Turbine industries. Specialising in high-precision fabricated and machined components, this company is committed to excellence in quality and environmental management.

As a key part of the leadership team, you will take ownership of the Quality & Environmental Management Systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and driving continuous improvement initiatives. This role is ideal for a proactive individual with a strong background in quality assurance and environmental sustainability within a manufacturing environment.

Key focus areas will include:

* Drive continuous improvement within the business

* Development and maintenance of all quality management systems with an emphasis on Quality Control of all operations

* Carry out internal and external auditing to ensure a high level of compliance is achieved

* Working in accordance with ISO9001 / AS9100 / AS13100 standards

* Ensuring business maintains NADCAP accreditations

* Report on quality KPIs and identify areas for improvement

* Manage a small team of Quality Engineers to ensure targets are achieved

Successful candidates must be able to demonstrate:

* Prior experience as a Quality Manager / Senior Quality System Engineer with a precision engineering/manufacturing background

* Strong understanding of quality standards ​​​​​​​ISO9001, AS9100, AS13100, ISO14001

* NADCAP would be desirable

* Internal Auditing experience

* Leadership experience within a Quality Manager / Senior Quality Engineer environment

* Strong problem-solving skills and basic project management experience

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, ERP Systems, and Quality-related software
