Are you an experienced HR professional with strong employment law expertise and a track record of managing high volume, complex ER cases?
Our charity client in Southeast London is seeking an immediately available Interim HR Business Partner to join their team
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead on high-volume, complex ER casework, including grievances, harassment cases, consultations, and policy work.
- Provide expert guidance on employment law and HR best practices.
- Support the Senior HRBP in driving HR initiatives and business partnering across the charity.
Requirements:
- Immediate availability to start.
- Extensive experience in employment law and handling complex ER issues.
- Proven experience managing high volume casework in fast paced environments.
- Prior experience working in the charity sector, NHS, or healthcare is highly desirable.
