Job description:

• Occupational Therapy assessments of adult patients in their own homes.
• Must have at least 1 year's experience of working in physical dysfunction Occupational within the last two years.
• Essential to have skills in Moving and Handling.
• Experience of working in the community is preferable but not essential.
• Must have full driving license
