• Assist the Financial Controller with day-to-day financial tasks, including processing invoices, reconciling accounts, and maintaining accurate financial records.
• Handle customer queries and provide excellent service with a personable and professional approach.
• Set up and manage direct debits & perform accurate credit checks.
• Process sales invoices, manage & set up customer accounts, and ensure timely communication regarding financial matters.
• Help prepare financial reports and assist with month-end tasks.

The Person

• Previous experience in accounts or bookkeeping is essential.
• A bubbly and outgoing personality, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A customer-focused mindset and the ability to build positive relationships.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Confidence working with numbers and using accounting software (experience with packages like Sage, Xero, or QuickBooks is a plus).

The Package

• Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 5pm
• Competitive Salary of £26,000 - £30,000pa DOE.
• Hybrid working opportunity (2 days from home, 3 days in the office)
