Fantastic opportunity for an Accounts Assistant to join a modern and growing firm of accountants based in Horsforth, Leeds.This firm offers a wide range of services from tax, bookkeeping, management accounts and accounts preparation. This firm works with some specialist clients, giving you the opportunity to focus your skills and support clients throughout their growth.As an Accounts Assistant, you will be responsible for:

• Preparation of statutory year end accounts for sole traders, partnerships, and limited companies.
• Preparation of management accounts for a variety of clients.
• Calculating corporate tax and personal tax liabilities.
• Bookkeeping duties as and when required.
• Liaising with clients when necessary and forming long-term relationships.

To qualify for this Accounts Assistant position, ideally you:

• Will be studying AAT, ACA, or ACCA.
• Will have a minimum of 2 years' Practice experience in an accountancy firm, as an Accounts Assistant or Trainee Accountant
• Feel comfortable and confident contacting clients and building relationships.
