Rubicon Consulting is currently recruiting for a Mechanical Supervisor on a 3 Month Contract based in East Anglia.

This position is INSIDE IR35

Main Purposes of Job

1. This supporting role is to assist and drive work areas by taking the lead role coordinating small teams and work activities on behalf of the Site Manager.

2. Reports to Site Manager or as required by deployment.

3. Duty of care for themselves and all individuals on site to ensure that they work safely at all times.

Key Tasks

1. Works to all applicable Client procedures as briefed in the site induction.

2. Lead the teams assigned to the various work fronts ensuring work is executed on Time to the required Quality & within Cost. Forward planning to ensure upcoming work front have suitable, engineering information, Plant, Materials, Labour and any other elements to successfully deliver tasks

3. Operate within timescales set out by the site management and highlight potential deviations in advance including coordinating with other work parties to ensure efficient and safe working by all. Including capturing delay and disruption form original scope
