Requirements

* Qualified Solicitor (c. 2-4 years PQE) or a highly experienced non-qualified professional with strong expertise in motoring offences.

* Advocacy experience is advantageous but not essential.

* Strong IT skills and ability to work under pressure, managing tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

* One position requires representing clients at police station interviews (including out-of-hours rota participation) and conduct advocacy in Magistrates' Court.

* Another position specialises in motoring offence cases with no advocacy or call-out requirements.

* Manage a varied caseload, handling matters from police station attendance to court proceedings.

* Maintain clear client communication, ensuring they are fully informed throughout the legal process.
