Position: Contracts Manager
Salary: £55,000 - £60,000 + Car Allowance, Bonus, and Healthcare
Location: Office-based in Manchester with site visits

About the Role:

My client are looking for a skilled and experienced Contracts Manager to join their team, specializing in high-end fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in joinery and will be responsible for overseeing multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Oversight: Manage and oversee 3-4 high-end fit-out projects at a time, ensuring they are completed on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Contract Management: Handle all aspects of contract management, including negotiation, execution, and compliance.
Site Visits: Regularly visit project sites to monitor progress, ensure adherence to safety standards, and resolve any issues that arise.
Team Coordination: Lead and coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
Client Relations: Maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and ensuring their satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
Reporting: Prepare and present detailed project reports, including progress updates, financial status, and risk assessments.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Contracts Manager, preferably in the high-end fit-out sector.
Strong background in joinery is essential.
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
Proficiency in contract management software and tools.
Willingness to travel for site visits and work from the Manchester office.
