We're currently recruiting for a Sea Freight Operator to join a fast-paced and growing freight forwarding team. You'll be responsible for managing ocean freight shipments from start to finish, ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

* Handling full end-to-end sea freight operations for imports and/or exports.

* Managing bookings with shipping lines, consolidators, and overseas agents.

* Preparing and processing documentation, including Bills of Lading, customs entries, and invoices.

* Tracking shipments and updating customers on delivery schedules.

* Liaising with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve any shipment issues.

* Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

* Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems.

What We're Looking For:

* Experience in sea freight forwarding (import/export).

* Strong knowledge of shipping documentation and customs processes.

* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Monday - Friday 08:30-17:30
