The role of a Staff Nurse - Band 5 (RGN) within the service involves: - Ensuring that the care, welfare and safety of all residents is of the highest possible standard
- Carrying out assessments and evaluations
- Create person-centred care plans and update accordingly
- Liaising with external governing bodies and agencies
- Ensuring compliance with all statutory requirements in record keeping, documentation and health and safety
- Mentoring junior member of staff
- Undertaking specific duties as delegated by the Clinical Manager
