About the role:

  • Guide and mentor students, providing tutorial support and welfare advice.
  • Organize and supervise educational visits, work placements, and field trips.
  • Assess students' progress through both formative and summative assessments, ensuring adherence to national standards.
  • Act as a key point of contact for students, supporting their journey from induction to career progression, including UCAS applications and references.
  • Contribute to the development of innovative course materials and collaborate with colleagues to enhance the curriculum.
  • Maintain accurate records, uphold high-quality assurance standards, and participate in internal moderation.

What We're Looking For:

  • A passionate educator who thrives in a collaborative environment.
  • Commitment to delivering equality and diversity in education.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with a focus on safeguarding and student welfare.
  • Ability to engage with employers, universities, and awarding bodies, supporting students in their work experience and future ambitions.

At CCC we are committed to equality, diversity and inclusion in all our activities for everyone who learns and works here. We respect and value differences and welcome applications from candidates from all backgrounds. We create a safe and trusting professional environment where people are treated well and equally.

We are committed to safeguarding and protection of young people and adults and follow Safer Recruitment processes. All successful candidates will need to complete a DBS check, with some roles requiring an Enhanced check.
