Technical Manager

Location: Harrow
Working Hours: 9:00am - 5:30pm (Hybrid Working Available)
Salary: Negotiable

Salter Grange are currently seeking an experienced Technical Manager to lead the design of two significant new build, high rise, residential projects for a Tier 1 Developer. The first project is a 311-unit residential scheme which is nearing completion, and the second is a 450-unit block currently at the planning stage. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of urban living.

Key responsibilities:

Lead and manage the design process for both residential projects
Ensure all design work meets the highest standards of quality and compliance
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to deliver innovative and practical design solutions
Oversee the completion of the 311-unit scheme and transition to the 450-unit high-rise project
Ensure adherence to Gateway 2 requirements and other relevant regulations
Provide technical guidance and support to the project team
Manage project timelines and budgets effectivelyRequirements:

Proven experience in leading the design for residential new build construction projects from either a Developer or Main Contractor
Exposure to Gateway 2 processes is highly desirable
Strong leadership and project management skills
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Ability to work effectively in a hybrid working environment
Detail-oriented with a commitment to excellence
