Deputy Team Manager, £44ph, Permeance, Liverpool
Pertemps are recruiting for a qualified and experienced Deputy Team Manager to join the Permanence Team. The postholder will support a high-performance culture within the team, with consistent good practice across the team. They will actively support the team manager in decision making, chairing meetings, and actively working with partners/multi-agencies. Additionally, they will support all recruitment, induction, training, and effective supervision of all team members, championing professional career development.

Requirements:

Proven track record as a Deputy Team Manager in Permanence and be confident in the application of all legal proceedings and legal frameworks.
Must be experienced in promoting stable placements and implement positive long-term change and improvements.
Must be available to start within the next 3 weeks
Must be able to work full time on site for induction and training for initial 3-4 weeks
