Job Title: Site ManagerLocation: North West based with nationwide travel and extended stays as neededSalary & BenefitsSalary: £50,000 + overtime and package ResponsibilitiesReporting: Directly report to the Senior Site Manager or Contracts Manager.Project Management: Oversee day-to-day operations on one floor of a large-scale office fit-out project, managing all construction activities.Subcontractor Supervision: Manage and coordinate subcontractors on your designated floor to ensure smooth workflow.Health & Safety: Take charge of all Health & Safety aspects on-site, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.Quality & Program Adherence: Maintain high-quality standards in line with the project program.Collaboration: Liaise with professionals such as Designers and Sub Contractors to ensure project objectives and timelines are met.Commercial Focus: Implement a commercially aware approach to optimize project delivery.RequirementsExperience: Previous site management experience in office fit-out projects.Construction Knowledge: In-depth understanding of construction practices and site management.Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration.Teamwork & Commitment: Ability to work as part of a team and commitment to project success.Qualifications:Site Management qualificationFirst Aid certifiedAsbestos Awareness certifiedDriver's License: Valid and clean driver's license.Hours - 42.5 hours per weekThis role requires flexibility, as projects are nationwide and will involve extended periods working away from home.
