Facilities Assistant, Multi-trades candidate required to work Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm, with flexibility to start earlier or finish later. This position is paying an annual salary of £32,013. A candidate with good general plumbing experience is desirable.

Candidates will ideally have a clean driving licence to use the pool van if required to collect materials, however, non-drivers will be considered.

Duties:

Carrying out general maintenance and maintenance projects
Assist in the supervision of external contractors
Assist in the supervision of regular audits
Carry out fire safety procedures when required
Conduct site inspections and assessments
Undertake necessary repairs to maintenance and catering equipment
All other required multi trades tasksBenefits:

Able to manage multiple and complex matters
