We are currently looking for Multi Traders to work on a social housing contract in the Teddington area. This is a temp to perm role where you will be offered a permanent contract after 6 months work. The job will be carrying out reactive maintenance within tenanted properties, using a PDA and speaking to tenants and planners daily, so good communication skills are essential. 

The rate of pay is £25 per hour. 

Requirements:

Social housing experience

Full UK driving licence 

Own tools
