CSCS Card
Full PPE (High Viz, Hard Hat, Steel Toe Capped Boots)
Whites and Tools
Previous onsite experience
Two working references
Job Duties 

New build/Commercial works
Preparing surfaces
Patience and the ability to remain calm in stressful situations
