Our client is looking for a Administrator to work at their office in Watford , WD24. The length of the contract is 12 months work. Starting ASAP

Responsibilities & Duties

* Handle inquiries, answers simple questions and directs complex ones

* Organises training

* Books courses with trainers and venues

* Sends booking details to participants

* Processes orders and invoices

* Updates training records

* Issues training certificates

* Collects training feedbackRequirements

* Proven experience in an administrative (3+ years)

* Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks.

* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

The pay rate offered is £14 p/hour, PAYE

Working hours are Monday to Friday - 8AM to 4.30PM
