Supervising Social Worker - Home working - £44,000

NonStop Care is working with one of the most reputable Independent Fostering Agencies with a Good Ofsted in the London area, in order to help them find a Supervising Social Worker who can join them on a permanent basis.

This is a hybrid role, offering you the flexibility to work from home while still being part of a team.

They offer a good salary which can go up to £44,000 per annum plus £1,200 car allowance.

Responsibilities:

The Supervising Social Worker will hold a caseload of about 10 - 13 foster families located around the North West London area. The role involves providing support and supervision to the foster carers.

They use a therapeutic approach and they provide ongoing therapeutic training. They also offer opportunities for career progression to you can take a step up with them in the future - most of their managers are people that got promoted from within.

Requirements:
Please apply if you are a Qualified Social Worker and if you have experience in working in fostering or in a Looked After Children Team. You must have a Social Work Degree and a driving license also.
