Nursery Room Leader - Level 3

Salary: Up to £31,000

Our client's new nursery offers a nurturing environment for children, with separate classrooms and a beautiful garden designed according to Montessori-inspired principles, catering to different age groups. They are currently looking for a dedicated Nursery Room Leader (Level 3) to join their inclusive team and play a crucial role in providing high-quality care and education to children.

Qualifications
  • Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in a nursery setting, with a sound understanding of the EYFS framework.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Commitment to promoting diversity, equality, and inclusion in all aspects of nursery practice.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor a team of nursery practitioners to ensure the delivery of outstanding care and education to children.
  • Plan and implement engaging and inclusive activities that cater to the individual needs and interests of the children.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating environment for the children to thrive and develop.
  • Build strong partnerships with parents and families, ensuring open and effective communication.
