We are currently recruiting for a Machine Operator/Setter on a permanent basis.

Pay rate £14.00ph - £17.00ph depending on experience

Requirements/ Responsibilities

* Ability to monitor the running of machines, efficiently loading / unloading with minimum down-time.

* Experience in working on Capstan machines.

* Working to tight tolerances - ability to monitor quality of own production, using Vernier and Micrometer Gauges.

* Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

* A minimum of 2 years, machining experience.

* Communicate effectively with team members.

* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

* Keep work areas clean, tidy and follow company procedures
