Job Title: HNW Client Handler / Client Advisor

Salary: Up to £45,000 DOE

Location: Richmond- Hybrid working after qualifying period

PURPOSE OF ROLE 

We are seeking an experienced Personal Lines insurance professional with a passion for people and customer service to join our client's specialist High Net Worth team. As a Client Handler/Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality insurance products and related advice to High Net Worth individuals.

RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Provide a positive client experience through careful and tailored communication
  • Manage renewals with accuracy and certainty
  • Confidently deal with policy adjustments, renewal invitations, and placing policies
  • Assist with new business and identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities
  • Manage your own book of business, ensuring insurance needs are met

EXPERIENCE: 

  • A technically strong understanding of Personal Lines products
  • Experience of using the Acturis broking system (nice to have)
  • Cert CII qualified or prepared to commit to your Cert journey (nice to have)

SKILLS 

  • Agile and intuitive thinking; an ability to make decisions quickly and confidently
  • Effective organisation, accuracy, and attention to detail
  • Solid workload management skills
  • Excellent level of written and verbal communication
  • Ability to demonstrate exceptional levels of integrity and discretion at all times
  • Passion, energy, and a strong customer service ethos

DAY-TO-DAY 

  • You will be developing and growing your own book of business, seeking and maximising opportunities with existing relationships and emerging wealth.
