Tradewind Recruitment are working closely with a local primary school in Quinton to recruit an experienced School administrator to support in the school office from April 2025.

Responsibilities of this role include maintaining pupil records, admissions, and attendance. You will be expected to communicate with parents, update school platforms, and coordinate events. Additionally, you may be required to support teachers with administrative tasks, exam timetables, and resource management.

Requirements for this position:

Significant experience in a school based admin role
Strong ICT capabilities (including school based systems such as SIMS or Arbour)
Business Administration or similar qualifications (Desirable)
Full and clear Child workforce DBS certificateThis post is covered by Part 7 of the Immigration Act (2016) and therefore the ability to speak fluent and spoken English is an essential requirement for this role.
