What we are looking for

We are looking for a person with excellent attention to detail and thoroughness who can effectively verify conformance of product through inspection and measurement. You will play a critical role in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and compliance. You will work closely with operators and other stakeholders to perform inspection tasks throughout the manufacturing process. Your attention to detail and commitment to excellence will contribute directly to the success of our projects.

Key Duties

• Verifying first off components from production runs
• Goods in / out inspection
• Final Verification inspection
• Completing 100% inspection reports
• Booking gauges in / out of stores
• Packing parts for despatch and goods out.

Experience

The ideal candidate would have experience;

• Reading and understanding the requirements of engineering drawings
• Understanding GD&T requirements
• Using manual measuring equipment such as verniers, micrometres and gauges
• Using CMM and shadowgraphs
• Basic IT skills
• Strong attention to details and ability to identify defects or deviations
• Good communication skills and teamwork
• Full time 40 hours per week
