The ideal candidate will oversee a broad spectrum of HR functions including employee relations, talent acquisition support, compliance, HR policy implementation, performance management, & employee engagement - This role requires someone who can balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a high-paced, multicultural work environment.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 4-6 years of progressive HR experience, within a call center setting with an international client base.
• Solid understanding of South African employment laws & HR best practices.
• Proven experience in managing employee relations, HR compliance, & performance management.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport across departments & levels.
• Excellent communication, organizational, & time-management skills.
• Tech-savvy with experience in HRIS platforms, Microsoft Office Suite, & reporting tools.
