Reeson Education is looking for a caring and dedicated Teaching Assistant to provide one-to-one support for a child with Autism in Key Stage 2 at a friendly and inclusive primary school in Ealing. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful impact on a child's education and development.

Pay: £86 - £100 per day

Provide tailored one-to-one support for a child with Autism
Help the child stay engaged and confident in their learning
Encourage positive social interactions and independence
Work closely with the class teacher and SENCo to track progress
Communicate effectively with parents and external professionals to support the child's developmentWhat We're Looking For:

Experience working with children with Autism (preferred but not essential
Team Teach training (a bonus, but not required)
Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude
A team player who enjoys working with children
