Great opportunity for a Van driver / 3.5 Tonne driver based in Quedgeley, Gloucester.

We are currently looking for a van driver to join the team in Quedgeley, you will be working for one of Gloucester's largest parcel delivery companies using the company 3.5 Tonne van to complete deliveries across the region.

You will be tasked with a route completing 40 to 50 drops on average to residential and commercial properties, you may also be required to complete some collections. Starting at 07:00 and usually finished by 17:00, working Monday to Friday. You will sometimes be able to finish early on Friday around 14:00.

Some heavy lifting can be involved, and you will need a good level of customer service.

Hours and Pay

* Starting salary is £12.50 per hour, weekly paid each Friday.

* Working Monday to Friday, starting at 7am and usually finished by 5pm.

* Optional overtime on weekends, paid at an enhanced rate.

Requirements

* Previous Van driving experience.

* An understanding of multidrop parcel delivery.

* Full UK category B driving licence.

* Good level of customer service.

* Safety boots and high viz.

* A satnav or phone with access to Google Maps or similar.

* An understanding of health and safety.
