Are you an experienced professional looking to lead in a high-pressure, critical environment? My client is seeking an M&E Shift Leader to manage electrical and mechanical operations at a state-of-the-art Critical Environment located in Watford. 

What You'll Do:

Oversee and coordinate maintenance and operations within a Critical Environment.
Ensure the integrity and reliability of High Voltage (HV) systems.
Lead a team of skilled technicians, maintaining operational excellence on a continental shift pattern.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex electrical and mechanical issues.
Uphold safety, compliance, and performance standards at all times.What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in a Critical Environment (e.g. Data Centres, Banks, Power Plants).
Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with High Voltage (HV) systems.
Strong leadership and communication skills to manage a dynamic team.
Ability to thrive under pressure and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
Relevant qualifications in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.What We Offer:
