The Role: Year 6 Intervention Teacher:

As a Year 6 Intervention Teacher, you will:

• Deliver targeted interventions to boost attainment in core subjects.

• Work one-on-one and in small groups, supporting students who need extra guidance.

• Collaborate closely with classroom teachers to align learning goals.

• Prepare engaging, tailored lesson plans that help bridge learning gaps.

• Monitor progress and adapt teaching strategies to maximise student success.

The Ideal Year 6 Intervention Teacher will:

• Experienced in teaching Year 6, with a strong understanding of SATs preparation.

• Passionate about helping students build confidence and achieve their best.

• Skilled at differentiating learning to support individual needs.

• A great communicator, able to work effectively within a team.

• Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and has relevant UK teaching experience.
