Location: Gloucester, Hybrid (3/4 days from home) working after 12 weeks training
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 to 5
Salary: £24,100 (rising to £27,600)
Job Description
Our client is looking for an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join their expanding team!
The ideal candidate will have worked in a similar role previously and hold excellent customer service experience.
Key Responsibilities of a Customer Service Advisor
* Manage accounts for smooth contracts and customer satisfaction, including handling potential customers and aftersales.
* Organise and send accurate quotations/prices to existing customers promptly.
* Respond to all customer queries, keeping them informed about project updates.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date KPI reports.
* Assist with various tasks within the Customer Service Team as required, including processing card payments, managing cases, and checking web and trade orders.
* Demonstrate flexibility to handle various tasks, roles, and shifts.
Key Skills of a Customer Service Advisor
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Fast, efficient, and well-organised approach to tasks.
* Excellent IT skills.
* Ability to manage tasks accurately with keen attention to detail.
* Confidence in telephone conversations and adeptness in resolving issues promptly.
