My client is looking for a reliable administrator to join their small team. This job involves helping the office run smoothly and providing basic administrative support. Attention to detail and good organisational skills are important for this role
Responsibilities:
- Assisting with day-to-day administrative tasks.
- Responding to incoming calls and emails.
- Maintaining office supplies and managing inventory levels.
- Scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings for team members.
- Supporting the team with various tasks.
Requirements:
- Experience in an administrative role is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills.
- Highly organised with a proactive approach to tasks and excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a small team.
