Events, Marketing and Engagement Executive

Our client is seeking a highly motivated Events, Marketing and Engagement Executive, to support the Development Team within a truly varied and creative role which will require somebody brimming with enthusiasm and the ability to use initiative, organise tasks and prioritise work without constant supervision.

Events, Marketing and Engagement Executive Responsibilities

This position will involve, but will not be limited to:

Build strong relationships with a wide range of stakeholders to encourage engagement, networking and community support
Support the fundraising campaigns, including assistance with campaign communications and events
Manage, maintain and analyse the database including accurate inputting and updating of data and managing the yearly migration of data
Support with the Marketing and Communication Strategy including planning high quality annual events and regular email communications
Utilise email marketing tools and manage social media platforms
Design and create print and digital content for marketing purposes including brochures, posters and menus

Events, Marketing and Engagement Executive Essentials

The successful candidate will be an enthusiastic, confident and driven professional
Strong communication and networking skills, both written and oral
Excellent attention to detail and a creative eye
Strong organisational and time management skills
A self-starter, you will be a proactive and highly adaptable individual
You will enjoy working in a varied and hands-on role
The ideal candidate will have design experience using Canva or Adobe
Location

Based in Oxford, this is a hybrid-working role where you can work from home 1 day per week, with more flexibility during quiter periods across the year.

The successful candidate must be able to work outside office hours including occasional weekends and evenings when required. This is typically once a month.
