Are you a passionate SEN Teaching Assistant ready to support pupils with complex needs in a nurturing and inclusive primary school environment? Salary: £80-£100 per day

Your Responsibilities:

Support pupils with EHCPs both within the classroom and in a dedicated SEN base

Use visual aids, sensory activities, and structured interventions to promote learning

Help pupils with emotional regulation, communication, and behaviour support

Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and the SENCO to meet individual needs

Celebrate small wins and milestones, boosting pupils' confidence and progress

What You'll Need:

Prior experience as an SEN TA, LSA, or behaviour mentor

Experience working with children with autism, complex needs or SEMH

Knowledge of PECS, Makaton, or sensory-based strategies (a plus, not essential)

Calm, patient, and enthusiastic approach to inclusive education

Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
