Job Title: EMEA HR Business Partner  
Salary: £70,000 per annum
Location: South West London, hybrid 
  
JGA are partnered with a well-known software business seeking an HR Business Partner to manage their EMEA region change.

We are looking for someone with good EMEA HR experience and strong stakeholder management ability. 
  
Responsibilities:

Driving the people agenda for EMEA 
Engagement and recognition activities
Implementing strategic organisational design
Coaching leaders through change 
Guiding ER issues 
Implementing global projects and annual processes   
Skills:

EMEA HR experience 
Strong stakeholder management ability. 
Ideally experience in a software business 
HR strategy and creation/implementation experience.
