Details
- Monday to Friday - 8 or 8:30 am until 4 or 4:30 pm
- 2 Days a week in office
- Salary up to £32k DOE
Ideal Candidates:
- Degree in Business, Communications, or related field
- Previous experience in customer support with a strong interest in client relations
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Team player, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Eager to learn and grow in customer support
- Experience with Swiss and Austrian markets; fluent in Swiss German
Role Responsibilities:
- Act as a brand ambassador for our client, supporting customers via social media, live chat, and email
- Provide exceptional support to clients and resolve issues effectively
- Collaborate to improve customer service and suggest initiatives
- Foster a collaborative team environment focused on service excellence
- Document and present customer support strategies and outcomes
