Refrigerated Transport Engineer - London Gateway - £40k

My client is looking for an experienced Refrigerated Transport Engineer to be an essential part of the Container Depot Team in London Gateway.

This exciting opportunity will involve repair and upkeep of reefer and gensets including reefer pre-trip inspections. You are encouraged to apply if you have experience working on Refrigeration and Containers or Transport Refrigeration.

Key Responsibilities

Complete Pre-trip Inspection process on refrigerated containers
Repair damaged units
Ensuring all damaged container units are repaired as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Perform servicing, assessment and inspection on containers.
Assisting with depot and yard operations when needed.

Requirements

Previous experience as a Reefer Container Engineer/Refrigerated Transport Engineer
Experience working for a Shipping Line/Freight Forwarder/Haulier is desirable
ECH certification is desirable but training can be provided
F-Gas certification.
