Key Responsibilities:

Deliver exceptional customer service, both over the phone and via email
Assist in the office by handling customer calls and general administrative duties (training provided)
Communicate with customers regarding deliveries, feedback, and driver access arrangements
Maintain office hygiene standards and adhere to safe working practices
