Croydon, Surrey - office based during probation (3 months), 1 day remote

Our client has a rich history of over two centuries in providing exceptional legal services serving Surrey and Greater London. Their excellent reputation has been built on a long-standing tradition of delivering reliable and professional legal solutions to the local community and beyond.They are looking to boost their litigation department with a civil litigation solicitor with at least 3 years PQE.The role:Joining a team of 3, you will manage your own caseload of litigation matters to include:

• Probate disputes and Inheritance Act claims
• Landlord and tenant (commercial and residential)
• TLATA claims
• Contractual disputes

Requirements:

• Qualified Solicitors with at least 3 years PQE in dealing with civil litigation matters
• Strong advocacy, negotiation, and drafting skills.

• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on clarity and accuracy.
• Consistently meet billing targets while delivering top-tier service to clients.
• The ability to work autonomously and efficiently.
• A collaborative team player, fostering positive relationships and prioritising client care.
• Proactive in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, contributing to the growth and development of the team.
• Great IT skills and able to us a case management system and software
