Handle pre-renewal, renewal processing, claims, and adjustments
Ensure strict compliance with FCA and Consumer Duty regulations

Proven commercial insurance experience
Strong understanding of commercial insurance products
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with ability to work independently
Acturis and Microsoft Office proficient
