Overview of the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Security Operations Manager to join our team at Shopping Centre in the East Midlands. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for all visitors and staff, ensuring the highest standards of security operations are met.

Your responsibilities will be:

* Lead and manage the security team, ensuring effective performance and adherence to policies

* Develop and implement security protocols and procedures

* Conduct regular risk assessments and security audits

* Liaise with local authorities, emergency services, and other stakeholders

* Oversee incident management and reporting processes

The right candidate will be:

* Experienced in security management, particularly in retail or public space

* A strong leader with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

* Capable of making decisions under pressure and managing emergencies effectively

* Detail-orientated with a proactive approach to problem-solving

* Be computer literate and have I.T skills

* Have a flexible attitude towards shift patterns required to meet the needs of the business

* Have a SIA DS & CCTV Licence

* IOSH Qualified

Salary £35,000 - £40,000
