Ryder Reid Legal is looking to recruit a Business Development Executive to join one of our international law firm clients on a permanent, hybrid working basis at their London office in their Dispute Resolution Team. The primary objectives of the role will be to provide day-to-day support in the areas of pitching, credentials development, and supporting marketing campaigns.

The general duties of the position will include:

• Supporting and reporting into the Dispute Resolution BD Manager to deliver BD activity for the DR team.
• Assist in reviewing and updating key BD collateral.
• Be familiar and comfortable with the firm's CRM system.
• Assisting on the drafting and production of pitch responses.
• Support the BD Manager to execute agreed marketing plans and relevant campaigns to best practice.
• Use analytics to monitor performance of activity and report appropriately.
• Prepare internal and external market research.
• Support on directory submissions.
